Payanywhere is a fully-featured point of sale platform that enables businesses to accept payments in store, online, and on the job site. For the Payanywhere app, I designed the UX and final UI for the complete merchant and customer facing experiences, including multi-tender checkout paths, open tabs, inventory management, detailed reporting, loyalty rewards, and recurring invoicing. The merchant experience spans across mobile, tablet, and web. The customer experience includes a secondary display at checkout, email communications, and white-labeled websites for loyalty programs and invoice payments.
Payanywhere Inside is a web portal where merchants set up their item libraries, view transactions, manage employees, and accept payments online. I exclusively designed the core UX, UI, and design system for Payanywhere Inside, as well as secondary extension portals that include a merchant's online store and a customer portal with open invoices, transaction history, and saved payment methods.
My work on the Payanywhere website and other marketing assets includes creative direction, design language, core messaging, and custom product animations. Product videos, including the Payanywhere Loyalty video above, were scripted, produced, and animated exclusively by me.
